International real estate adviser Savills has appointed Oliver Fraser-Looen as a director in its European cross-border investment team.
Fraser-Looen is based at the firm’s London HQ in Margaret Street and is responsible for generating pan-European retail investment business and transactions with a particular focus on Germany, Poland and the Nordic markets.
He joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent three-and-a-half years working in the firm’s European cross-border retail investment team with key clients including Meyer Bergman, Henderson, MGPA and Pramerica.
Prior to this he was based in Dubai where he set up Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets team in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region where key clients include Qatar National Bank and a number of Kuwaiti pension funds.
