International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Matej Cihelka as a senior valuer to its valuation team in Prague.
Cihelka has over seven years’ experience in the residential and commercial real estate market. He joins Savills from Colliers, where he was a senior valuation analyst and worked on behalf of various banks, property funds, investors, developers and property owners across the Czech Republic.
He has strong analytical skills and valuation experience and is also a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS registered valuer.
At Savills, Cihelka will focus on regular portfolio valuations, loan security valuations for major lending organisations covering both Czechia and Slovakia as well as business development.

In H2 2020, Savills newly established valuation team evaluated over 2.2 million m2 across 93 assets with a combined value in excess of € 1.1 bn. The team conducts commercial and residential valuations on behalf of banks and building societies, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers.
