Norway's largest financial services group DNB NOR is to sell two portfolios worth EUR 600 mln in the country's largest-ever property deal, according to the latest edition of Europroperty. Both portfolios are expected to attract a great deal of interest from both local and international investors.
Norway's largest financial services group DNB NOR is to sell two portfolios worth EUR 600 mln in the country's largest-ever property deal, according to the latest edition of Europroperty. Both portfolios are expected to attract a great deal of interest from both local and international investors.
The first portfolio consists of Aker Brygge, a mixed-used waterfront scheme in Oslo with a surface area of 32,700 m2. The second portfolio consists of 20 properties located in Oslo, Bergen, Bodö and other cities with a surface area of over 200,000 m2.
Aker Brygge is expected to fetch around EUR 200 mln, reflecting a record low yield of around 4.2%. The second portfolio is expected to generate a slightly higher yield.
