International law firm Salans has provided legal advice to German fund manager RREEF in relation to the recent acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw. RREEF bought the Class A office buildings, Topaz and Nefryt, in the Mokotów district of Warsaw for EUR 80 mln.

International law firm Salans has provided legal advice to German fund manager RREEF in relation to the recent acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw. RREEF bought the Class A office buildings, Topaz and Nefryt, in the Mokotów district of Warsaw for EUR 80 mln.

The project was developed by Globe Trade Centres in 2006 - 2008 and includes two separate buildings with approximately 27,000 m2 of space and a rent roll including Motorola, Cisco Systems, Roche, Honeywell and Allianz.
