The merchant banking and operational risk management business said that Hallam will be responsible for the operational delivery and relationship management of property related services including acquisitions, sales, individual property or portfolio management and survey and valuation reports
He will work closely with the group’s trust & fiduciary business unit, acquired from Investec Bank earlier this year, and with the firm’s family office services team.
Prior to joining Salamanca, Hallam was business development director for LSL Property Services where he was responsible for the development of corporate relationships. His previous roles include business development director at Hometrack, a data provider in the residential property market, and property director at Clearsprings Management, a private sector residential services organisation.
Hallam's experience includes advising high net worth owners, overseas owners and corporate institutions on over £5 bn (€6 bn) of property transactions.
