Germany's Apo Immobilien KAG (Aik) has sold a real estate portfolio comprising 19 commercial properties located in eight major city centres in Germany, France and the Netherlands to the British group Rutley European Property. The assets are mostly offices and retail units with a total area of 79,000 m[sup]2[/sup].

The assets are mostly offices and retail units with a total area of 79,000 m2.
The properties are located in Germany, in the cities of Bielefeld, Bochum, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne, Monchengladbach and Munich, as well as in Paris, and in the Dutch cities of The Hague, and Amsterdam. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Aik was advised by Lovells. Consultants to the purchaser were Knight Frank LLP and Hölters & Elsing. DTZ acted as real estate broker in the deal.
