The portfolio consists of around 750 apartments and single-family homes, as well as a few commercial units, located across the Netherlands.

The acquisition is Rubens’ third major buy in recent months. Earlier this year the Dutch asset and investment manager picked up the Storq portfolio (pictured) for €97 mln and the Platinum portfolio for €98.5 mln, in a deal together with Capreit. Amsterdam-based Rubens has around €3 bn in total assets under management.

Vendor Amvest sold the apartments on behalf of one of its institutional clients.

Van Dijk & Ten Cate advised Amvest on the transaction, with law firm Loyens & Loeff acting on the legal side.
