Rubens Capital Partners has acquired a portfolio of 169 homes from a Dutch housing platform managed by CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM).
Financial details were not disclosed.
The residential portfolio, dubbed Otto, comprises eight residential complexes totaling 17,000 m2, divided into 60 single-family homes and 109 apartments.
The complexes are spread throughout the country in Utrecht, The Hague, Terneuzen, Oisterwijk, Haren, Rijen, Beuningen and Kaatsheuvel.
Rubens Capital Partners is an independent investment and asset manager with €3.5 bn in assets under management.
CBRE IM was advised commercially by Savills and legally by Lexence on the sale.
