Barcelona-based RTV Grupo Inmobiliario has acquired three land plots in Barcelona and Ibiza for a slte of residential-led projects.
The firm's project development arm spent around €16 mln on the plots and estimates that it will spend another €50 mln on developing new schemes on the land.
Two of the plots are situated in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, while another is located on the Sant Joan Despí road, in Barcelona.
The Ibiza schemes will comprise 64 homes plus two commercial units on an are of 7,000 m2. The Barcelona development will include 68 residential units and one commercial unit on a gross development area of 8,800 m2.
RTV has four business lines, including real estate private equity, the management of development projects, real estate consulting and capital markets and real estate heritage management. The firm was founded in 1999.
