RREEF Spezial Invest, part of the RREEF group managed by Deutsche Bank, has announced the acquisition of a class A warehouse measuring 42,265 m[sup]2[/sup] in Wattrelos, near Lille in France, for a approximately EUR 21 mln.

Developed and sold by Goodman, the Australian property group that owns, develops and manages business parks and logistics space ,the warehouse is let to DSV Solutions France on a lease of 10 years .
The first phase of approximately 18 400 m2 was delivered in April 2010. Delivery for the second phase is planned for March 2011.
RREEF was represented by Cushman & Wakefield , Allez et Associés notaries and Clifford Chance. Goodman were represented on the legal side by Wragge & Co and Le Breton & Associes.
