Deutsche Bank's real estate investment management unit RREEF has announced the purchase of two logistics properties near Warsaw for a total of EUR 54 mln. The acquisition is earmarked for the group's grundbesitz europa open-ended fund.

Deutsche Bank's real estate investment management unit RREEF has announced the purchase of two logistics properties near Warsaw for a total of EUR 54 mln. The acquisition is earmarked for the group's grundbesitz europa open-ended fund.

The Ozarow and the Pruszkow logistics parks were bought from a joint venture of Panattoni and Pramerica.

The Ozarow facility was completed in 2011 and provides a total of 134,000 m2 and 197 parking spaces. Pruszkow was delivered in 2009 and offers 25,350 m2 of gross space and 64 parking spaces. Both assets are fully let.

Following the purchase, grundbesitz europa owns EUR 3.6 bn worth of properties, with Poland representing 7.3% of its portfolio.
