RREEF, the real estate investment arm of Deutsche Bank, has come back to the French market for the second time in two weeks with the purchase of the Dièse office scheme in Levallois-Perret near Paris for EUR 41 mln.

RREEF, the real estate investment arm of Deutsche Bank, has come back to the French market for the second time in two weeks with the purchase of the Dièse office scheme in Levallois-Perret near Paris for EUR 41 mln.

The asset was sold by IVG Institutional Funds on behalf of a German spezialfonds. It offers 6,800 m2 of space leased to seven tenants.

At end-November, RREEF bought the Paris headquarters of railway systems specialist Alstom Transport for EUR 98.7 mln. The transaction was carried out on behalf of RREEF's open-ended fund Grundbesitz Europa. The vendor was Generali Group.

RREEF has EUR 43.6 bn of assets under management.
