HBG Properties, the property development arm of HBG UK and an operating company of Dutch building group BAM, has sold eight office properties to German investor IVG Immobilien for £146 mln (approximately EUR 215 mln).

HBG Properties, the property development arm of HBG UK and an operating company of Dutch building group BAM, has sold eight office properties to German investor IVG Immobilien for £146 mln (approximately EUR 215 mln).

The projects are at different stages of development and are located in different locations across the UK. HBG Properties will continue to manage the assets through development to completion and letting. The properties total approximately 110,000 m2, BAM said. They are located in Chiswick (The Building), Bristol (Gemini Building), St. Albans (CTI Centrium Business Park), Swindon (Canberra and Kingston Houses), Leeds (Latitude Red), Edinburgh (Interpoint) and Glasgow (Apsley House).
