Will Rowson, currently chief investment officer for CBRE Global Investors across EMEA, is leaving the company to join boutique advisory firm Hodes Weill & Associates as a partner in London.
Will Rowson, currently chief investment officer for CBRE Global Investors across EMEA, is leaving the company to join boutique advisory firm Hodes Weill & Associates as a partner in London.
Rowson will lead Hodes Weill’s advisory and capital-raising activities across Europe and the UK.
He was previously a partner at Strutt and Parker before joining CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) in 2003 as director of European fund management. Between 2005 and 2008, he led the company’s transaction team in Continental Europe from the European headquarters in Amsterdam before being appointed CIO, a member of the EMEA executive committee and chair of the European investment committee in 2008. He continued in these roles at CBRE Global Investors after the purchase of ING REIM by CBRE in 2011 and was also a member of the global leadership team.
Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, he worked for several large British real estate companies. Rowson is a member of the RICS, ULI and IPF.
