The purchase of the 493 homes managed by CBRE Global Investors follows the acquisition of a portfolio of 465 properties from investment bank Staalbankiers for €45 mln.
In December Round Hill bought a residential portfolio from bad bank Propertize for around €89 mln, taking its total spending in the Dutch market for 2014 to €680 mln.
Round Hill CEO Michael Bickford said the company was ‘well positioned to expand its Dutch residential portfolio.’
Financing for both the 2015 deals was provided by ABN Amro Bank.
Round Hill Capital is a fully integrated real estate investor and asset manager with offices in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg, the US and the Netherlands, with around €4.4 bn of European property assets under management.
