Real estate investment, development and asset management firm Round Hill Capital has announced the appointment of Rajit Dass as senior vice president within the capital markets group, effective from 1st March 2022.
Dass will be responsible for raising capital and helping identify and address changing investor needs in Europe and the US, such as the growing demand from investors who are increasingly seeking to inject new equity in a highly attractive UK & European residential and wider accommodation sector.
His appointment builds on Round Hill Capital’s continued growth over the last 12 months, with the firm raising over $1 bn of additional equity for its European residential investment strategies.
He will primarily focus on key capital markets in the European continent (Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Sweden and Iceland), as well as the US. He will be based in London, working alongside Alex Mullins in the UK, which is a significant and growing base for several of Round Hill Capital’s strategic domestic and global investors.
He brings to Round Hill Capital over twenty years of experience in real estate and capital markets. Before his last role as head of institutional international sales (ex DACH) at Corestate Capital Group, he worked as an analyst at Andersen, and then progressed to become a Senior Director at CBRE Capital Advisors.
