Round Hill Capital has added a €47 mln portfolio to its residential investment and asset management platform in the Netherlands.

The newly acquired portfolio comprises 449 residential units over 30,390 m2. It was sold by Dutch company Daelmans Vastgoed.

Dutch bank ABN Amro is financing the portfolio.

London-headquartered Round Hill entered the Dutch residential market three years ago, and since then has acquired several portfolios to build a significant residential investment and asset management platform. The latest acquisition lifts the number of units acquired to in excess of 9,500.
