Aeroporto di Roma (AdR), Rome's airport operator owned by parent company Atlantia, has unveiled plans for a new €190 mln business district.
The project will comprise around 91,000 m2 of space across seven buildings including a 1,300-seat congress centre and a hotel as well as 41,000 m2 of green space adjacent to Rome's Fiumicino airport.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed as marketing agent for the project, which is planned for final completion in 2024.
