Ben Lonsdale has joined Rockspring Property Investment Managers' research team as senior research analyst. He will report to Jose Luis Pellicer, associate partner and head of research.
Ben Lonsdale has joined Rockspring Property Investment Managers' research team as senior research analyst. He will report to Jose Luis Pellicer, associate partner and head of research.
Lonsdale joins Rockspring from DTZ, where he was an Economics Consultant from 2008 to 2011. During this time, he worked for a range of public and private sector clients located across the UK, in particular performing due diligence on a number of student accommodation developments on behalf of major banks. Previously, he worked for Philips as a market analyst, monitoring global consumer electronic trends for the semiconductors division.
