Unibra Real Estate has acquired a 7,200 m2 office building in Brussels from Rockspring PanEuropean Fund for an undisclosed sum.
The property at Boulevard du Triomphe 174, situated opposite the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and next to the new CHIREC hospital, is described as having strong reconversion potential.
It has 125 car parking spaces and the property is majority let to the Belgian state.
Jo De Clerq, partner at Rockspring, said: ‘With Brussels experiencing improving investment appetite and take-up rates in the office market in 2014, we felt that this was an opportune time to complete the sale of this asset and realise the value of the asset, in line with the fund strategy.’
Unibra Real Estate is part of the privately-held Unibra Group, which is active in the beverage industry, real estate and private equity.
