UK-based property investment manager Rockspring has strengthened its Continental European transactions team with two senior appointments.

UK-based property investment manager Rockspring has strengthened its Continental European transactions team with two senior appointments.

Eduardo Noguera has joined as European director and Balazs Hornok has been appointed acquisitions director. They will each be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities in continental Europe and will be based in the London headquarters and Berlin office respectively, reporting to Jo De Clercq, partner at Rockspring.

Noguera has 17 years of experience and joins from Pradera Asset Management, where he was Acquisition director for six years. He has also held positions at JER Real Estate Advisors, Henderson Global Investors and Savills.

With 15 years of experience, Hornok previously spent five years at Allianz Real Estate as one of their European acquisitions specialists, and prior to this he gained transactions and investment management experience at both AXA REIM and DTZ.
