Rockspring Property Investment Managers announced that Fongit, a start-up accelerator, has taken a 15-year lease at the Bluebox office development in Geneva. The building is now fully let.

Fongit already occupies 2,100 m2, representing one of the building's six floors.

Bluebox, which comprises 13,000 m2 of office space, is modern in design, featuring the latest office technology, as well as being extremely energy-efficient in order to capture tenants’ increasing demand for sustainable accommodation. The property was recently awarded the 'Minergie Label', the Swiss sustainability award for green design and technology.

Rockspring acquired Bluebox in 2008 on behalf of its Rockspring TransEuropean IV Fund, and the development was completed in 2010.
