Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired the Paris Oise Logistics Park, located in Longueil Sainte Marie to the North of Paris, for €78 mln.

Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired the Paris Oise Logistics Park, located in Longueil Sainte Marie to the North of Paris, for €78 mln.

The fund manager carried out the deal on behalf of its TransEuropean Property Limited Partnership V fund.

The vendor was LaSalle Euro Growth II fund.

The property offers a total of 142,300 m2 of warehouse space located in one of the logistics hubs north of the French capital. It is currently 90% let. and tenants include DB Schenker, Kuhne & Nagel, DHL, C&A and Etam.

Following this acquisition, the fund has now completed three purchases totalling close to €200 mln, including a portfolio of six retail assets in Sweden, the Löwen Center retail park in Leipzig, Germany and now the Paris Oise Logistics Park.
