Dutch property firm Rockfield Real Estate has appointed Arne Boersma as director of development as of 1 January 2023.
Boersma replaces Guido van der Veen, who has held the position of development director in recent years.
Boersma joins from Biesterbos Group where he was responsible for the real estate development unit as director. Before that, he worked at Rockfield Real Estate as a developer for the Hyde Park area development, in which Rockfield was a shareholder.
Boersma, who will be responsible for the development and construction activities of Rockfield, has also been tasked with further expanding the firm's development business.
Said Boersma: 'I look forward to working at Rockfield again. With almost 1000 homes under construction and a few beautiful projects and areas under development, this is a challenge that I am happy to take on.'
