Collier International Albania has appointed Robert Antista as its new managing director. Colliers is the only global real estate services provider to have an office in Albania. Its projects include the biggest retail park in the country, City Park, and the leading office project, Millennium Business Center.
Collier International Albania has appointed Robert Antista as its new managing director. Colliers is the only global real estate services provider to have an office in Albania. Its projects include the biggest retail park in the country, City Park, and the leading office project, Millennium Business Center.
The broker said Antista comes to Albania with an extensive background in business management, project management, law, consulting, and real estate brokerage. He has spent time in Bulgaria while managing business operations and construction efforts for a large international construction firm responsible for the construction of the US Embassy in Bulgaria.
Antista said, 'Albania is a country with an extremely bright future and I believe that the landmark projects that we are working on here will deliver lasting value to the community. I am personally very excited to be here and look forward to achieving great things with our team.'
