Investor RJB Group has bought two office properties in Amsterdam from US firm Highbrook Investors in an off-market deal worth €100 mln.
The assets, located at Stadhouderskade 1 and Weesperstraat 107-121 were previously part of the Breevast portfolio bought by Highbrook earlier this year for €615 mln.
Stadhouderskade 1 provides over 3,000 m2 of space plus 66 parking spaces and is let to Havas Media. The Weesperstraat property offers 10,300 m2 and 62 parking spaces and is occupied by the Municipality of Amsterdam.
RJB is a Dutch privately held real estate group with properties in the Greater Amsterdam area and Germany.
