Larissa Esser, formerly of Eastdil Secured and more recently Hamlet Senior Living, has struck out on her own with an advisory firm.
Esser, a Netherlands-based real estate professional, was named by sister magazine PropertyNL two years ago as a rising star having been nominated by bosses at Eastdil Secured where she was SVP and worked for more than six years, specialising in hotels. During her time at the US company, she advised on more than €2 bn of deals and over 50 hotel assets.
She left Eastdil to join Hamlet Senior Living, part of Life Europe, in March this year but has now departed to form Esser Advisory.
The firm advises on business planning, finance, sales and recapitalisations.
