Riofisa to develop EUR 158m mall

Spanish shopping centre specialist Riofisa said it has acquired a 95,000 m[sup]2[/sup] plot of land from PortAventura in Costa Daurada, near Tarragona in Italy. The company added that it is planning to develop a EUR 158 mln shopping and leisure centre on the site. The PortAventura Village mall will provide retail and leisure areas as well as 2,000 parking spaces. Opening is expected for 2010, Riofisa said.
