The initial investment for the project comes to EUR 175 mln, excluding the investment for residential units that will be built at a later stage.
The shopping mall will have 250 retail units occupying a gross leasable area of 54,200 m2 on four levels, as well as 2,000 parking spaces. The hotel will be located in a 65-meter-high tower and the offices are to be in a separate 48-meter-high building with six floors.
