UK residential property consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Kate Robinson as its new relationship director to help drive the growth of its block management business.
Based in Ringley’s London headquarters, Robinson will be responsible for dealing with existing clients on block management and will report directly to Mary-Anne Bowring, the company’s group managing director and founder.
From its headquarters in central London, Ringley Group manages over 12,000 homes across the UK, with a secondary office in Manchester.
Said Bowring: 'Boasting nearly two decades’ residential property management experience, Kate will bring an immense wealth of knowledge and expertise to our block management division.
'Kate is pivotal in rolling our long standing vision of 100% transparency in what we do to show what goes on on site every day 24/7, requiring staff to be tech enabled and visually accountable as well as putting native apps in residents hands.
'As relationship director, Kate will play a key role in executing our leaseholder engagement programme while also overseeing the integration of technological solutions, many of which have been developed in-house by Ringley, to the property management process to enhance transparency and our residents’ experience.'
Robinson, who has over 17 years’ property management experience, joins Ringley from Crabtree Property Management, where she was associate director of operations for over two years.
Prior to that, Robinson was director of residential property at Battersea Power Station. She has also had roles at HMLHawksworth and James Andrew RSW, where she started her career.
Robinson said: 'Ringley’s forward-thinking approach to property management, being ahead of the curve when it comes to embracing new technologies and innovation, is what attracted me to the company.
'Ringley has firmly established itself as one of the UK’s leading residential property consultancies and I am thrilled to be working with such a top class team.'
