The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Robert Mayhew as non-executive member of its Europe Board. This is his second consecutive term and in this position he will ensure that RICS' strategic goals across Europe are achieved.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Robert Mayhew as non-executive member of its Europe Board. This is his second consecutive term and in this position he will ensure that RICS' strategic goals across Europe are achieved.
The main purpose of the Europe Board is to propose the European business plan to the RICS Management Board and deliver the agreed RICS strategy at regional level by overseeing plans and allocating resources to the National Groups within that region. The Board meets three times per year to discuss the European strategy, monitor progress against plan and discuss member growth and retention activities.
Mayhew is a director within Jones Lang LaSalle’s valuation advisory team in London. He was part of RICS Russia & CIS Board between 2007 and 2010. He has 10 years experience working in pan-European valuation in Hungary, Poland and Russia.
