The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Ben Morgan as head of market development for the Netherlands.
He is tasked with further promoting and managing RICS in the Dutch market where the organisation currently has around 1,000 accredited members across a wide range of disciplines. Morgan aims to grow the number of affiliated professionals and to increase diversity within the Dutch RICS member base. He will be assisted in these objectives by the Dutch Advisory Board.
Until recently, Morgan was a senior investment consultant at Savills, where he worked since 2015 in its capital markets departments in Vietnam, Dublin and Amsterdam. Originally Irish, he has lived in the Netherlands since 2018.
