Other speakers include Dr Michael Heise, chief economist at Allianz SE, who will share his views on the macroeconomic situation, and Mark Gilbreath, founder of LiquidSpace, whose closing keynote will examine the impact of technological developments on real estate.

Author and former foreign correspondent Tim Marshall will talk about the geopolitical situation, while Anthony Myers of Blackstone and Apollo’s Roger Orf will contribute from the capital markets side.

Lisette van Doorn, CEO of ULI Europe, said: ‘For everyone who’s working in the real estate industry, whether they’re a developer, fund manager or an investor or an urban planner, private or public sector, this conference is the place to go.

‘It provides an excellent opportunity to hear from the experts what they think will happen and to share their thoughts with the audience on what that means for their business.’
