Sergey Riabokobylko FRICS, senior executive director and partner of Cushman & Wakefield, is the new chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Russia. In this voluntary role, Riabokobylko is replacing Arnaud Dubois, managing director and partner- IMAGIM who served as district council chairman for two years.
Sergey Riabokobylko FRICS, senior executive director and partner of Cushman & Wakefield, is the new chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Russia. In this voluntary role, Riabokobylko is replacing Arnaud Dubois, managing director and partner- IMAGIM who served as district council chairman for two years.
Riabokobylko is a co-founder of Cushman & Wakefield in Russia and has over 15 years of real estate experience spanning corporate strategy, development advisory, investment advice, brokerage and marketing.
ULI Russia serves nearly 60 members in Russia. Riabokobylko said: 'I'm enthusiastic about expanding the ULI Russia activities through engaging market professionals in focused programs aimed at solving obvious needs of our developing cities and regions. These programmes will benefit from the global resources and expertise resident in the ULI organisation.'
