Rezidor Hotel Group and Regional Hotel Chain (RHC) are teaming up to develop a new Park Inn hotel in Yaroslavl, Russia. The move is part of an agreement signed by the two business partners in March 2009 to develop at least 20 Park Inn hotels across the Russian Federation.

Kurt Ritter, president and CEO of Rezidor said that the Park Inn Yaroslavl is the partnership's third hotel project following the Park Inn Kazan and the Park Inn Astrakhan announced earlier this year
The hotel will be located within 200 metres from the main railway station and will include 150 rooms, an all-day-restaurant, a lobby & lounge, meeting facilities and a fitness room. The property, situated on the bank of the Volga River and about 250 kilometres northeast of Moscow, is scheduled to open in early 2013.

Regional Hotel Chain LLC (RHC) is a project company established in 2006 and led by Victoria Sobolevskaya with the goal of launching 20 hotels by 2012 and 50 by 2014.
