Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Paulo Sarmento as head of capital markets in Portugal, where he heads a team of 13. He is also part of the London-based EMEA capital markets team.
Sarmento has more than 20 years’ experience in the local and international property markets, particularly retail development, investment and management. He was a principal at Meyer Bergman prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield.
Before that Sarmento worked at shopping centre developers Multi and Sonae Sierra.
