Resource Capital Partners has bought two ecommerce warehouses in Madrid and Barcelona in a sale-and-leaseback transaction.

The assets are both fully let to Logisfashion on long-term leases and have a combined area of 35,700 m2. The company said the purchase was made on behalf of a French investor.

Logisfashion is a logistics operator focused exclusively on the fashion and textile industry, with clients including Zara, Hackett, Levi’s, Mango and Cortefiel. Both warehouses are used for ecommerce operations across Spain.

The Madrid centre is located in Cabanillas del Campo, next to the A2 motorway linking Madrid to Zaragoza, Barcelona and France, while the other site is in Riudellots, close to Girona airport and with direct access to the A7 motorway linking Barcelona to France.
