Resolution acquires Dutch factory outlet

CBRE Global Investors has sold Rosada Factory Outlet Centre (FOC) in the southern Dutch town of Roosendaal to Resolution Real Estate Advisers for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE Global Investors has sold Rosada Factory Outlet Centre (FOC) in the southern Dutch town of Roosendaal to Resolution Real Estate Advisers for an undisclosed amount.

Rosada is one of three factory outlet centres in the Netherlands. It comprises 16,000 m² of lettable floor area divided over 70 shops. The development of a second phase is currently being prepared, which will increase the outlet centre by around 7,200 m². Stable Outlet Management manages the centre.

Cushman & Wakefield advised CBRE Global Investors in cooperation with Houthoff Buruma. Resolution Real Estate Advisers was advised by Loyens & Loeff and Jones Lang LaSalle.
