Resolute Asset Management has announced the appointment of former RBS professional Luca Zaffaroni as a principal to boost the expansion of its Italian operations.
Resolute is a specialist asset manager focused on the turnaround of challenging real estate and real estate NPL exposures, delivering solutions to owners of complex positions usually in illiquid environments.
The firm has been hiring in several of its core markets including Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Romania and Bulgaria. Resolute’s team currently comprises six partners and 65 professionals across eight different office locations across Europe.
Zaffaroni joins from RBS Commercial Real Estate Credit in London and brings 20 years of experience in real estate, banking and more recently in NPL resolution and portfolio risk management.
