Swedish real estate platform Resinova Bostad has acquired four properties in Växjö, Sweden, from public company K2A for SEK 650 mln (€57.2 mln).
The purchase price accounts for an average yield of 4.1% and 100% on the book value of these properties as of 31 December 2022.
The closing of the transaction has been set for 30 June 2023.
The properties in Växjö have a combined lettable area of 17,960 m2, consisting of 261 rental apartments with a rental value of SEK 32.8 mln (€2.9 mln).
Colliers was K2A's financial advisor during the process.
André Lundberg, head of capital markets & partner at Colliers, said: ‘This deal confirms the high value of quality homes that K2A holds and is a very good example that demonstrates the market's continued interest.’
Johan Knaust, CEO of K2A, added: ‘This is K2A's second major sale in a short time at attractive levels, which strengthens the image of K2A owning attractive, high-quality assets.’

Advokatfirma Lindahl KB acted as legal advisor to K2A, while Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton Advokat KB legally advised Resinova.
The deal comes just a week after K2A announced the sale of six properties in Västerås, Gävle and Uppsala for SEK 1.1 bn (€96.9 mln).
