Spanish property company Renta Corporación has sold a mixed-use building in the centre of Madrid to an unnamed buyer for an undisclosed amount. The Spanish company bought the building in March 2006 from R&A Palace Gestión for about EUR 100 mln and completely renovated it. Architect Rafael de La-Hoz was commissioned the new design.

The asset is located on the Gran Vía and previously housed the headquarters of lender Banco Atlantico. It consists of 10,000 m2 of space on 12 storeys and 200 parking spaces.
