Advisor JLL is advising Renault Trucks, a subsidiary of the Volvo Group, on the selection of a site and the design and build for a new distribution center facility divided in 46,000 m2 logistics and 4,000 m2 office in Lyon, France.
JLL has been appointed lead project partner until completion in 2028. Since project initiation in 2022, JLL has supported Renault Trucks to identify the location and to conduct a feasibility study, to elaborate the project program, the budget, and to help secure investment for the project.
JLL has also worked with Renault Trucks to identify through a tender process, the accurate design and build partnership for the next stage of the project, which starts in 2024.
