Christophe Chupot has been named director of the real estate division at Reed Midem, the fair organiser said on Tuesday. He will oversee the company's real estate business which includes the Mipim, Mapic, Mipim Asia and Global City exhibitions and conferences.
Christophe Chupot has been named director of the real estate division at Reed Midem, the fair organiser said on Tuesday. He will oversee the company's real estate business which includes the Mipim, Mapic, Mipim Asia and Global City exhibitions and conferences.
Chupot, a French national, has been finance director of Reed Midem since joining the company in 2002. He previously held finance posts at Valeo and Renault in France, Italy and Argentina.
Reed Midem also announced that Filippo Rean has been appointed director of Mipim and Mipim Asia, succeeding Nadine Castagna who left the organisation in June. Rean joins from GE Capital Real Estate in Paris where he has worked in investment strategy management and directed product development for Europe since 2005. Rean, who is Italian, previously worked at Bain & Company and Procter & Gamble. He will report to Chupot.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
