Dutch property developer and investor Redevco saw its Redevco Central Europe and Redevco Germany funds awarded IPD EuroProperty investment awards on Monday for real estate performance compared to their peers. Redevco topped the list of IPD EuroProperty award winners, as it was the only group to receive more than one award.
Dutch property developer and investor Redevco saw its Redevco Central Europe and Redevco Germany funds awarded IPD EuroProperty investment awards on Monday for real estate performance compared to their peers. Redevco topped the list of IPD EuroProperty award winners, as it was the only group to receive more than one award.
Redevco Central Europe received the award for “Highest 3-year total return relative to the appropriate sector benchmark annualised to December 2007 for the specialist fund category in Austria.” Redevco Germany received the award for “Highest 3-year total return annualised to December 2007 in the balanced fund category for Germany.” A total of nine IPD EuroProperty awards were given out in the balanced fund sector while nine awards for given to specialist funds.
The awards were determined by IPD using data from its databases. The IPD EuroProperty awards recognise demonstrated investment performance by pension and life funds, pooled funds and property investment companies in Europe. The eleven countries participating in the 2008 awards were: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and the UK.
