European retail property specialist Redevco is to re-open a retail park in the Belgian city of Liège on 11 May following the completion of a two-year, EUR 7.3 mln redevelopment programme.

European retail property specialist Redevco is to re-open a retail park in the Belgian city of Liège on 11 May following the completion of a two-year, EUR 7.3 mln redevelopment programme.

The complex has been renamed Shopping Flémalle.

In addition to retaining Carrefour, Brico, Lunch Garden and Auto 5, Redevco Retail Belgium has attracted new tenants such as Krëfel, Ava, Cassis-Paprika, Maxi Toys, Casa, Pronti, Pearle and Quick for the 21,000 m2 site.

Redevco is an independent real estate company, managing and developing one of the largest retail portfolios in Europe, currently valued at EUR 7.4 bn.
