Dutch property company Redevco has concluded a long-term lease agreement with ICT consultancy Finace for some 2,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space and 34 parking spaces in the central Dutch town of Leusden.

Dutch property company Redevco has concluded a long-term lease agreement with ICT consultancy Finace for some 2,000 m2 of office space and 34 parking spaces in the central Dutch town of Leusden.

The deal means that the office building in question, which comprises a total 4,500 m2, is now fully leased on a long-term basis. The transaction was brokered by DTZ Zadelhoff, who also represented the landlord. Meeùs Bedrijfshuisvesting Amersfoort acted for Finace.
