Pan-European retail real estate investor Redevco has announced leadership changes in its German business.
Arnd Leinemann has been appointed managing director of Redevco Germany, with effect from 16 September.
Leinemann, currently working as director portfolio and development for Redevco Germany, succeeds Heinz Brenninkmeijer. Leinemann joined Redevco in 2005 after having held various international management positions in the real estate industry.
Heinz Brenninkmeijer will remain part of the German management team until the end of this year.
Tom Brenninkmeijer has been appointed director of portfolio and development. He joined Redevco in May 2010 and has held various positions in a number of countries.
Redevco Germany manages a portfolio of 110 properties valued at €1.2 bn. More office and logistics assets are to be sold, Redevco said, as part of the group's portfolio restructuring to focus on retail properties.
Redevco has a total portfolio of some 500 properties across Europe.
It is owned by Cofra Holdings, the investment group controlled by the Dutch Brenninkmeijer family that also owns the C&A department store chain.
