Redevco UK has fully let its 2,800-m[sup]2[/sup] office building at One Connaught Place in London's West End. The seven office floors have been let to Cabot Square Capital, Macsteel, Fleetway Travel, Signia Wealth, Nu Star Terminals and Huron Consulting. The lease agreements are all based on a 10-year lease.

Redevco UK has fully let its 2,800-m2 office building at One Connaught Place in London's West End. The seven office floors have been let to Cabot Square Capital, Macsteel, Fleetway Travel, Signia Wealth, Nu Star Terminals and Huron Consulting. The lease agreements are all based on a 10-year lease.

Simon Smith, Managing Director at Redevco UK said: 'We are very happy with our Connaught Place redevelopment. We let the offices more quickly than expected and all ten residential units in the adjoining building sold earlier in the year.' The range of prices was £500,000 to £ 2.7 mln.

One Connaught Place was awarded two BREEAM certificates last year; a BREEAM certificate 'Very Good' for the offices and a BREEAM certificate 'Good' for the residential units.

King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle were the office letting agents. Knight Frank handled the residential sales.
