European privately-owned real estate investment manager Redevco has hired Landsec’s development director Chris Fleetwood as portfolio director in the UK, effective January 24, 2022.
He will be reporting to recently appointed co-head Client & Fund Management Thierry Cahierre, who will also continue to lead the global Asset & Development Management function.
Fleetwood will succeed Andrew Foulds who has been with Redevco for more than 10 years and has been working an extended notice period to create continuity for the UK team, after having decided mid-2021 to pursue his career elsewhere.
