Landlords Redevco and Ares have reportedly appointed advisor Cushman & Wakefield to manage the sale of Parque Corredor, a 123,000 m2 shopping centre located in Torrejón de Ardoz, northeast of Madrid.
According to a news report by El Economista, the shopping centre could fetch around €250 mln.
Redevco and Ares joined forces in 2018 to buy the asset through their joint venture, called Redevco Iberian Ventures, created to invest €500 mln into the Spanish retail property sector.
The mall counts 180 shops and includes a 7,500 m2 Ikea superstore, an Alcampo hypermarket, eight Yelmo cinemas, a bowling alley, a gymnasium and a 3,000-seat sports centre.
